The majority of homes in Vista Ridge were built from  2002 to 2006, are single family residences from 3,000 to over 5,000 square feet and four to five bedrooms, but some are condominium/town homes in the 2,000 square foot range with two bedrooms and three baths. Vista Ridge is a golf club community and many of the homes border the Vista Ridge 18 hole golf club.  Many of the homes share common amenities like club house, exercise room, play area, swimming pool and tennis courts.  There are panoramic mountain views and some homes back onto open space as well as the golf course. Vista Ridge is in the St. Vrain School District.
