Logan Chierotti is the Founder and CEO of Colorado Home Helper.  Logan Chierotti is a Colorado entrepreneur who is actively involved in business development, marketing and contributing to his community. 

 

Susie Stewardson, Broker Associate :  Susie joined Colorado Home Helpers last year and has become a valuable part of our team.   Susie started in real estate in 1996 as a real estate investor.  She has bought and sold over 300 properties in that time for both herself and her clients.  She has also written a book on the foreclosure process in Colorado, and spoken at the Colorado Association of Real Estate Investors as a local expert on the "Fix and Flip" market.

Rachel Nobrega has been a Realtor since 2003. She graduated with a BA in Finance and then was a Real Estate agent in her home state of Florida for a year. She relocated to Denver Metro in 2004. She has grown with the Colorado Home Helper team ever since. She is excellent at working with in and out of state clients.
 
She is dedicated to finding the best homes and deals for her clients. Rachel is a buyer specialist whom also has experience working with listings. Many of her buyers have also relocated from out of state and she is very knowledgeable in these transactions.
